What are the next steps after the Site Surveys?
After the discovery phase, you can easily proceed to the development phase having all necessary artifacts ready, attract investments, or approach a IT consultant to get feedback on your product and plans.
Should I participate in a Discovery Phase?
Sure! At least one representative from your side should join the discovery phase to participate in regular workshops (2-3 times per week), review bridging documents, and answer the questions that may arise.
What team is involved in the discovery phase?
The project team usually includes BA, PM, Solution Architect, UI/UX designer, Web & Mobile developers, Tech Lead, technology-specific experts (e.g., fintech, healthcare, insurance, etc.).
